How to Take the GetGo Survey
Taking the survey only takes a few minutes. Here’s what you’ll need to do:
- Save your most recent GetGo receipt — it has the information you need to get started.
- Go to survey3.medallia.com/ge on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Enter the details from your receipt (like the store number, date, and time of visit).
- Answer the questions honestly about your visit — things like the quality of food, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff friendliness.
- At the end of the survey, enter your GetGo Rewards card number (if you have one) to earn a bonus.
- Submit your survey when finished.

GetGo Rewards members who complete the survey can receive 10 perks added to their account. Just make sure you enter your Rewards card number before submitting.

These surveys aren’t very clear. When I made this first comment it said that I made the comment before. However, this is the VERY FIRST time I have taken this survey.

All I was trying to do was take your survey and get my ten perks I don’t understand why you need my credit card info for that. These things need to be explained clearly and openly.
GetGo perks rewards is a joke. The survey site on the reciept is a scam. Giant Eagle doesn’t let their customers recieve perks points. I’m not shopping there anymore and I’m letting everyone know about it.

Everything was fine except sometimes there are not enough cashiers
The last 2 times I have gotten gas at my local GetGo I have been asked if I would like to make a donation to a charity, I have said NO both times and I still have been charged
a $1.00 in addition to the cost of my gas. Is this a convince fee for using my debit card or are you running some kind of a scam? If it is a fee for debit cards you need to put notices on your pumps to let everyone know. If not you need to STOP collecting money from people who DO NOT want to make donations. Either way I am done getting my gas at your stations and i will be sure to pass the message to everyone who will listen about what you are doing. I will also be lodging a complaint with the Attorney Generals office.
